Q: Hanzo?

Hanzo is an online store based out of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Hanzo aims to offer unique designer T-shirts and apparel that sets you apart with it's unique styling and quality.

Q: Is this site secure?

Absolutely. Hanzo does not store user data and any private information is transmitted over a secure connection. With PayPal processing our payments, you can rest assured that your payment information is in the safe hands of the industry's best.

Q: What are my payment options?

Hanzo accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For added convenience, you also have the option to pay with a number of other options including via Bank Transfer or even from your PayPal balance. Note: A PayPal account is NOT required to pay by credit card!

Q: What currency are your prices in?

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). For an idea of how these prices convert to your currency, try out the Universal Currency Converter.

Q: What is your privacy policy?

We won’t cross your eyes with a bunch of legal jargon and ten pages of text to tell you our rather simple privacy policy.

Hanzo absolutely, positively WILL NOT disclose, sell, or rent any information you submit to us with any third or unauthorized parties. The sole purpose of any information collected at this website will be to process your order. In addition, we never store or even see your credit card information.

The bottom line is that your private information stays private.

Q: What is your exchange/return policy?

Unwashed and unworn items can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase date for the same item or a replacement item of equal or lesser value. Exchanges must be approved so please Email us with the reason for an exchange, your order number, and your contact information.

Q: Doh! I made a mistake, can I change or cancel my order?

Your order may be modified if it has not yet been shipped. Unfortunately, any changes requested will delay your order. Please ensure you order the correct size and quantities to avoid delays in processing and shipping of your order. Orders CANNOT be cancelled after being placed.

Q: How much is shipping and when will my order arrive?

Hanzo will ship orders via Canada Post within 2 business days after you complete your order unless special or unpredictable circumstances delay the process. Express delivery is not available at this time. Shipping costs include a handling charge. Shipping rates are in Canadian Dollars.

Q: How do I know what size to buy?

You can refer to these size charts for men's sizes and women's sizes. American Apparel shirts offer a more stylish fit. Meaning they fit a little more snug than regular t-shirts. If you are still unsure about sizing or like to wear your shirts longer/looser it's a good idea to buy one size up.

Q: The shirt I want has been "Sold Out" forever! What's the deal?

All Hanzo shirts are printed in limited quantities. Just how limited? Well, we will print no more than 300 shirts of each design. So once they're sold out, they will always be sold out!

Q: I like a certain design, but does it come in a different color?

If there is enough demand, designs may see a re-release on different or multiple colors with the exception of Limited Edition items of course. Most of Hanzo's designs are created with shirt color in mind and as such, the color is often considered part of the design.

Q: Hey, how do I wash and care for these shirts?

Wash warm and dry at low heat. Wash colors separately from whites, especially on the first wash. You can expect slight shrinkage after the first wash. Do not iron the designs printed on shirts!

Q: I have somehow come up with a problem/question not covered in this F.A.Q., how do I contact you?

Please fill out the form on the contact page. In most cases, you should receive a response within 2 business days, but if Email volume is high, it could also take up to 3 business days. If a response does not arrive in this time, please check your Email client's spam filtering settings. We ask that you be patient with us as Hanzo does not have a dedicated support staff.
